Nutella isn’t just Italians’ favorite spread, but also one of the most beloved ingredients for those who love to have fun in the kitchen and try new tastes and recipes, blending flavors and even different cultures. Combine the flour with the sugar and baking powder, and mix well. Add one egg and the milk, and gradually knead until you obtain a soft, compact dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and use a cookie cutter to make 6 cm diameter discs. Moisten the edges of one dough disc with a bit of water and place another disc on top.
Heat a non-stick pan with a knob of butter and cook the mini focaccia for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Let the mini focaccia cool, then cut them in half and fill each with a teaspoon of Nutella.
